At customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and quality checks; however, if you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective, we offer a 7-day return, replacement, or refund policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be physically damaged, broken, cracked, or non-functional at the time of delivery.

  • Customers are required to provide clear images and/or an unboxing video showing the damage as proof.

  • The product should be unused and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

Return & Replacement Process
  • Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  • Share order details along with photos or video evidence of the damage.

  • Once the claim is verified, we will initiate:

    • Free replacement, or

    • Full refund, as per product availability and customer preference.

  • If a return pickup is required, it will be arranged by us at no additional cost.
